A Study on the Impact of Logistics Service Quality on the Satisfaction and Loyalty of E-Shoppers in Egypt

Customers nowadays are increasingly using online shopping due to its convenience in terms of time and cost, addition providing a vast variety products services allowing customer compare between different products. Several factors can affect the satisfaction levels customers including quality logistics services. This paper studies relationship service (LSQ) dimensions then impact on loyalty. The study targeted shoppers Egypt 292 responses were collected. findings revealed that information quality, product condition reverse most significant variable relating has help retailers identifying areas improvements achieve higher satisfaction.
